WHAT IS FIT BODY
Each program has varying degrees of strength training and fat burning that can be customized to your fitness level with a variety of workouts that can be done at home, at the gym, or a mix of both. The app also has stand-alone On Demand workouts with cardio, low impact, yoga flow, and postpartum classes available.
Fit Body makes your nutrition simple by including a macro calculator which calculates your personalized caloric and macronutrient needs to ensure you get the nutrients you need to fuel your goals. The app also has a food tracker where you can enter your meals each day, or choose from over 300 delicious recipes and 72 weeks of meal plans to help you stay on track.
If you need extra support, Fit Body offers exclusive access to a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Physical Therapist (PT) as part of your membership. Our in-house Registered Dietitian can discuss your nutrition needs, and our in-house Physical Therapist can provide you with recommendations for injuries, workout modifications, and more.

HOW IT STARTED
Anna Victoria is the CEO and founder of the Fit Body App, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is passionate about helping others empower themselves through fitness. She specializes in combining strength and cardio to minimize time and maximize results.
Created by Anna in 2017, Fit Body app is an extension of her original Fit Body Guide method developed in 2015. FBG was an immediate success and quickly grew into a worldwide community of #fbggirls.
In 2020, the brand added three professional female trainers, a physical therapist and a registered dietitian to the in-house team. There are also thousands of women who are part of this movement, offering each other daily advice, support, and encouragement from all over the globe.
